Rahul Young currently manages ICF’s private-sector sustainability strategy practice. He has over ten years of experience in corporate strategy, green building, residential development, green building policy design, energy efficiency program design, and government administration. He has served as the Green Building Coordinator for the City of Berkeley, he co-founded and chaired the Bay Area Build-It-Green Public Agency Council, worked with WorldBuild, Inc. and helped manage the greening of over a dozen building projects.
