Bob has had his hand in many prestigious and high-profile green building projects including the influential 4 Times Square building, which set new standards for energy efficient high-rise buildings. He directed the creation of New York City’s landmark Residential and Commercial Environmental Guidelines for Battery Park City, which will eventually result in over 5 million square feet of LEED Gold buildings. He currently serves on the boards or as an advisor to a number of green building projects and institutions.
